By accessing or purchasing through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of XIII Oracle — Origin of God.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this platform.

Apparel Products: All apparel items are made to order through our production partner Printful. Descriptions, imagery, sizing information, and color representations are provided in good faith. Due to variations in screen displays and production processes, actual colors may vary slightly from product images.

Digital Products: Books and digital content are provided as PDF files. Once downloaded, these products cannot be returned or refunded. Download access is granted for 72 hours following purchase confirmation.

Pricing and Payment: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is collected at the time of order placement via PayPal. XIII Oracle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, with full refund issued within 5 business days.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and sent to our production partner within 1 business day. Production typically takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. Standard international shipping may take 10–30 business days. XIII Oracle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or shipping carrier network issues.

Damage or Loss: If your package arrives damaged, lost, or never arrives, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery with proof (photos or carrier documentation). We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes. XIII Oracle is not responsible for customs delays.

Apparel Returns: Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, size errors, or personal preference. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, staining, or damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Digital Product Returns: Books and all digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the token has been redeemed. If you experience a technical issue preventing download within the 72-hour window, contact us immediately for assistance.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Platform Content: All content on this platform — including designs, photography, editorial text, journal articles, and the XIII Oracle name and mark — is the exclusive property of XIII Oracle or its content creators. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written permission is prohibited.

Protected Marks: The name "XIII Oracle," the tagline "Origin of God," all logos, design patterns, and associated creative works are protected intellectual property and registered trademarks where applicable.

User-Generated Content: By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to this platform, you grant XIII Oracle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for platform purposes.

License Grant: When you purchase digital content from The Library, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the content for personal use only.

Permitted Use: You may print one physical copy for personal use. You may not share, redistribute, resell, loan, or share your download token with other individuals.

Prohibited Use: You may not reverse-engineer, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the digital content. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of copyright law and these terms.

Token Security: Your download token is unique to your purchase. Do not share your token with others. XIII Oracle reserves the right to disable tokens that show evidence of sharing or misuse.

Disclaimer: This platform and all products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. XIII Oracle does not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation: XIII Oracle shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question, or $500, whichever is less.

No Liability for Third-Party Content: XIII Oracle is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party platform content, including user reviews and comments.

You agree not to use this platform for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any laws
• Harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior toward others
• Intellectual property infringement or plagiarism
• Phishing, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Spam, automated scraping, or data harvesting without permission
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XIII Oracle operates. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us to attempt to resolve disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved through good-faith communication.

Binding Arbitration: For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration instead of litigation. Arbitration is faster and less expensive than court proceedings.

XIII Oracle reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of this platform 30 days after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
